Overview

We are seeking skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join a growing team supporting both production equipment and facility maintenance. This is a full-time opportunity with strong overtime potential, a focus on work-life balance, and the chance to grow into more advanced technical or leadership responsibilities.

Tech 2 (2 Openings – Night Shift)

• Schedule: Rotating 2-2-3 schedule, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 30-minute unpaid lunch; ability to leave during break
• Strong overtime earning potential (1.5x pay over 40 hours)

Training Schedule:

• Initial training may be on day shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) for the first few days
• Flexibility available depending on candidate needs, including night training options
