Responsibilities Assists journeyman mechanics in the repair of the mechanical/hydraulic portion of the overall storage modernization system. Assists in the diagnosis, disassembly, repair, and reassembly of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and subsystems. Assists in general and scheduled preventive maintenance of equipment; cleans, lubricates and tightens stock retrieval systems, overhead and conveyor systems, shrink tunnel, etc. Uses a variety of test equipment, technical manuals, and mechanic's hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Applicants will be rated in accordance with the Office of Personnel Management Qualification Standard for Trades and Labor Occupations.
