Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work in collaboration with the production teams and the manufacturing managers in an office and shop environment.
- Perform capacity analysis for the various production lines.
- Lead action plans to align capacity with manufacturing demand.
- Manage the implementation of capital and continuous improvement projects.
- Plan shop layout modifications for new equipment or equipment moves.
- Develop strategic plans, including core business definition and introduction of new machining and automation technologies aligned with Industry4.0 fundamentals.
- Analyze production problems and opportunities and propose solutions supporting business needs and vision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of engineering with 5years or more of experience in project management.
- Experience in a manufacturing company.
