Job Description
- Involvement in DFM, DFA and DFT reviews.
- Develop end-to-end production methods, process flow, work instructions, and tooling, fixture requirements.
- Point of contact with the Engineering team to ensure BOM accuracy and working/coordinating ECN.
- Lead and analyze Pilot runs & Prototype Build to validate that both the product and the process meet technical requirements before full launch.
- Perform Process PFMEA to identify and mitigate potential production risks.
- Technical liaison between engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams.
- Collaborate with the sourcing team to ensure component readiness, quality, and material flow.
- Improve manufacturing efficiency through analysis and planning of workflow, space requirements, plant, and equipment layout.
- Design and implementation of fixtures for assembly operations.
- Implement ways to measure productivity and formulate process improvement plans.
