What a day looks like

You start by reviewing the service queue in our scheduling software, lining up a truck‑mounted carpet extractor with low pressure, a portable unit with weak suction, and a dehumidifier due for routine maintenance. You pull the manufacturer’s repair manual, connect your test equipment, and get to work. By mid‑morning, you’ve diagnosed a fuel issue on a 3‑cylinder gas engine, communicated additional repair needs to the customer, and coordinated parts with a vendor. After lunch, you help a teammate with a duct cleaning machine, tidy your bay, and close out detailed estimates before greeting a walk‑in customer.
