Job Description -

Responsible for providing coordination between production and customer's'requirements and other administrative assistance to Sales Department to ensuresmooth day-to-day operation of sales and business development.

. Effectively manage a large number of incoming enquiries on alle-commerce platforms and social media channels, phone calls, and ensure thatissues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.

. Process all digital sales orders placed on e-commerce platforms andsocial media channels

. Identify and assess customers' requirements and needs

. Keep records of all customer interactions

. Enhance customers' experience to all social media platforms

. Communicate with IT, sales and operation departments to fulfil orders
