Income Officer

Salary: £32,000.00 - £38,000.00 per year.

We are looking for an Income Officer to join our Customer Accounts team in Bristol. This role involves negotiating payment arrangements with customers, providing welfare benefit and money advice, and preparing applications for court, as well as visiting customers' homes and attending court hearings as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a comprehensive rent & service charge collection service across the region
• Monitor customer accounts for all tenures
• Manage end-to-end processes
• Engage with external agencies including local authorities when needed
• Manage evictions

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience of social housing, home ownership or the private rented sector
• Working knowledge of welfare benefits
• Excellent customer service skills
