About the role
Vision for Education is recruiting for a full-time Inclusion Support Assistant to join a dedicated specialist school in Dudley. This rewarding opportunity involves working with pupils who have a range of additional learning, emotional, social, and behavioural needs, providing the support and encouragement they need to succeed both academically and personally.
The Role:

Full-time position available until the end of the academic year, starting in September.
Providing one-to-one and small group support to help pupils access learning and build confidence.
Encouraging positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and active participation in school life.
Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and pastoral teams to deliver tailored support for individual students.
