Y Schools Queensland are recruiting an Inclusion Advisor on a Permanent Full-Time basis to join our team based in Fortitude Valley.

As the Inclusion Advisor with the Y Schools Queensland, you will be responsible for operational and capability-building role that works under the leadership of the Head of Inclusion to implement high-quality inclusive practice across a designated group of Y Schools Queensland campuses

What will my time look like?

• Coordinate support campus level implementation of inclusive education processes designed by the Head of Inclusion
• Support development and maintenance of ILPs/ICPs and personalised adjustments
• Embed and reinforce professional learning developed by the Head of Inclusion through on-the-ground coaching and modelling
• Assist campus teams to implement NCCD processes and ensure documentation requirements are understood and enacted
