Inbound Insurance Support Specialist & Customer Advocate

FMG, based in Christchurch, is seeking Service Centre Inbound Consultants to join our team. You will be the voice of FMG and the first point of contact for new and existing clients, handling queries and supporting insurance needs.

This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week across five days with shifts across mornings and Saturdays, plus full training and a supportive environment committed to delivering world-class service to rural New Zealand clients.
