Duties & Responsibilities Manage stock received daily as per the prescribed procedures, maximize accuracy of the stock file Ensure Health and Safety policies and procedures are followed Escalate non delivery on time and in full to Planners within the bounds of the prescribed process Manage the yard for inbound stock with full utilization of the Yard Management System Manage put aways for full and mixed pallets according to the company policies and procedures to ensure that the required KPI's are met Confirm all master data with the first delivery of an item and communicate to the regional as well as central teams Ensure that all transactions are done in the Warehouse Management System and integrate correctly into the ERP Any shortage between the stock and documentation received to be claimed from the supplier and communicated to the Stock Controllers Reject all stock over supplied and communicate with suppliers as well as the Procurement team Assist with supplier ...
