Job Description
The purpose of this position is to administer the Plant/rBU strategy, fulfill customer requirements by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and promote continuous improvement of value stream performance to achieve operational excellence (KPI/KPR).
Leadership & Strategy Management
Derive VS strategy from Plant/rBU/PSIN/IPN strategies to Lead improvement in VS performance & stakeholder KPI/KPR. Contribute to developing future strategies with Plant Management, IPN & BU. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build shared goals towards meeting targeted objectives.
Customer demand fulfilment: Type wise delivery fulfilment; PPC as per BP
Operations Management
Understands stakeholder needs & expectations from VS, track & review its fulfilment through SQCD targets. Assess VS operational performance trends, efficiency of resources & business process to enable a PDCA approach a...
