Job Description
Enhance mental health support in your community as an in-person behavioral health clinician with ComPsych. Deliver high-quality EAP counseling for employees and their families focusing on their unique challenges.
In this role, you will become part of ComPsych’s Employee Assistance Program, providing crucial counseling services primarily through in-person engagements. Clinicians will perform assessments and engage clients in problem-solving strategies designed to alleviate stress, anxiety, and other behavioral health issues, maintaining high standards of ethical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide in-person short-term EAP counseling sessions
• Carry out clinical assessments and evaluations
• Support clients with life and workplace stressors
• Document clinical interactions accurately
• Coordinate with ComPsych’s care management processes
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant behavioral health area
