In-House Legal Counsel, Fintech & Payments (Singapore)

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is hiring a commercially minded Legal Counsel in Singapore to help navigate payments, digital assets and related fintech matters. You’ll partner with Product, Compliance and Business teams across cross-border payments and custody products.

You’ll draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, provide regulatory guidance (PSA, SFA, MAS notices), and help build templates and playbooks while adopting AI tools to improve efficiency.
