About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to join us as our In-House Commercial Lawyer. This role would see you draft, review, negotiate and advise on a wide of legal, commercial contracts. This includes professional services, purchase contract agreements, supply agreements, software licensing agreements, framework contracts, internal business policies, contract templates, data privacy and other technology agreements.
Working closely with our key stakeholders in the business (including our Commercial, Partnership, Procurement, Operations and Customer teams) you would provide pragmatic solutions to legal queries and risks, always remaining down to earth and communicating in plain English.
You will become a trusted advisor to the directorates within NWG with a focus on supporting the NWG Procurement and Commercial teams.
