Job Description
In‑House Counsel – Canada The In‑House Counsel provides advice and assistance on contractual and legal issues during the preparation of commercial bids, tenders and proposals, contract negotiations, contract management and performance, and dispute resolution. The role independently handles complex and multi‑domain cases, analyzes contractual and financial risks, and proposes appropriate solutions.
Responsibilities

Provide legal support in bids and tenders.
Provide legal support in contract management and performance of works contracts.
Advises and assists internal clients on general legal and contractual issues.
Handle claims, disputes and litigation cases.
Monitor and administratively manage cases.
