In-house Charity, Property Litigator 10+ PQE (Leeds/Remote)

A large national UK Charity has an excellent opportunity within its in-house legal team for a senior (10+ PQE) lawyer. The role can be performedpletely remotely (with the opportunity for office attendance if preferred). 5 day working week (or a 9 day fortnight). My client is looking to appoint a senior property litigator (minimum 10 years pqe +) to advise upon and manage property law disputes arising out of/in connection with the Charity‘s operational & investment property. Key to this role is the collaborative working with the surveyors and projects team in advance of new projects. You will also supervise a more junior property litigation lawyer and a paralegal.

This is a really interesting and unique property litigation role - often you will be dealing with unregistered land and historical titles.
