The Care Company is seeking a self-driven and organized Registered Nurse to provide complex care to clients at home. This role requires active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario. Key skills include tracheostomy care, medication administration, and effective communication in English.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care including bathing and grooming
• Administer medications and document in eMAR
• Monitor and assess client vital signs regularly
• Support oxygen therapy and G-tube feeding needs
• Maintain precise care documentation and logs
Requirements:
• Active RN registration with CNO in good standing
• Current CPR, First Aid, and WHMIS certification
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and vehicle access
