1. Planning & Execution
Plan and execute formwork activities for concrete structures (dam, powerhouse, tunnels, etc.) Prepare formwork schemes and sequencing Ensure availability of required materials, tools, and manpower Coordinate with planning team for execution schedules 2. Formwork & Shuttering Management
Supervise erection, alignment, and dismantling of formwork systems Work with various systems (conventional, steel, aluminium, modular formwork) Ensure proper staging, centering, and scaffolding arrangements Monitor reuse cycles and maintenance of formwork materials 3. Quality Control
Check line, level, verticality, and dimensions before concreting Ensure surface finish requirements are met Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections Ensure compliance with
