Job Details

Performs Import / Export / NCTS customs clearance. Maintains contact with customs / government authorities and external brokers.

Responsibilities

• All tasks are completed in a correct, timely, rapid and cost-efficient manner
• Shipments are custom cleared through E-DEC (Electronic Declaration)
• Customer and World Courier office needs are fulfilled in accordance with Swiss customs regulations
• Creates customs files and handles customs clearance
• Replies to “ok to send” queries from offices abroad
