Import / Export / Customs Specialist (m/f/d)

What you will move in this role:

• Primary point of contact for all customs and export formalities
• Ensuring that export procedures are carried out correctly in compliance with all applicable regulations (in accordance with EU, US and CN export control legislation)
• Carrying out compliance screenings of creditors, debtors, orders, deliveries, enquiries and quotations
• Preparing customs documents such as customs invoices, export declarations and other export-related documents
• Clarifying and gathering necessary customs data (internal and external) as well as export control classifications
• Carrying out preferential tariff calculations
• Responsible for creating and maintaining manuals and guidelines for the export department
• Goods receipt: Physical acceptance, checking for completeness and damage
