Responsibilities
- Communicate the resolution of customer issues related to transportation pickups, claims, and incorrect receiving of assets at the processing plant.
- Coordinate and communicate with customs brokers.
- Manage freight clearing accounts, charge‑back invoices to the branch, code and approve invoices.
- Generate daily reports on operation coordination, Annex 24 (Inventory control), and Annex 22 (Pedimentos).
