Job Description
Lead implementation efforts at TELUS as an Implementation Manager, dedicated to enhancing client relationships in the benefits administration space. Hybrid work model offers flexibility.
This role requires a seasoned professional with 5+ years in software implementation and at least 2 years in client management, particularly in the Benefits/HR/payroll industry. You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting, team coaching, and ensuring project deadlines are met while continually seeking service improvements to benefit clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality implementation projects
• Provide direction and ongoing development for implementation consultants
• Allocate team resources based on project demands
• Establish success criteria tailored to client needs
• Foster relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
