Role Overview
This role is hands‐on and delivery‐focused—you will own solution design, configuration, and client engagement across the full implementation lifecycle.
You will work within a squad‐based model (PM + Functional Consultants), supporting multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high‐quality, on‐time delivery.
You will serve as a trusted advisor and solution lead, ensuring that NetSuite is implemented in alignment with industry best practices and the client's operational realities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead functional delivery across all implementation phases: Engage → Drive → Enable → Convert → Optimize
Conduct discovery & requirements workshops, solution design sessions, and system walkthroughs
Configure NetSuite across Financials, P2P, O2C, and Inventory workflows
Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions aligned to best practices
