Your Role As an Implementation Engineer at SalesJack, you'll own the technical side of bringing new customers live and keeping them successful. Every implementation involves ERP integration, product category mapping, permit source configuration, data migration, and on-site training — and you'll be the person who makes all of that happen. Post-launch, you'll handle customizations: new reports, routing rules, data transformations, and one-off integrations.
