Impactful Admin for Ageing Well Services

Colac Otway Shire Council is seeking a Support Officer Ageing Well to provide administrative and operational support to the Care Partners and Service Delivery team. You will coordinate quality aged care services and ensure participants receive timely, person-centered support.

Located in Colac, this permanent full-time role focuses on administrative functions, liaison with participants, families, staff, suppliers and service providers, while maintaining high standards of customer service and
