Job Description
Impact & Insights Coordinator We have an exciting opportunity to join our LFC Foundation team as an Impact & Insights Coordinator. In this role you will play an active part in designing, implementing and developing impact plans across assigned departments and programme areas within the Foundation. Key Responsibilities Impact Planning and Evaluation: Support programme managers to develop, implement and review monitoring and evaluation frameworks aligned with the Foundation’s outcomes framework and Theory of Change; design data‑collection methods using validated quantitative tools (e.g. SWEMWBS, Rosenberg Self‑Esteem Scale, SDQ) and qualitative approaches such as case studies, focus groups and structured interviews; translate impact evidence into clear reports for funders, senior leadership, trustees and community stakeholders.
