Immigration Case Worker

Edutancy International is looking for a detail-driven Case Worker to join our growing team and help clients turn their European relocation dreams into filed, approved applications.

We specialize in high-demand European pathways — Job Seeker Visas (Sweden, Germany Chancenkarte), EU Blue Card, and scholarship/PhD admissions — and we're scaling fast.

We need someone who can own cases end-to-end: from document collection to final filing, with precision and care.

What you'll do:

• Manage active Job Seeker Visa and Blue Card cases from intake to submission
• Guide clients through required documentation (CVs, motivation letters, degree equivalency, financial proofs, etc.)
• Review and quality-check documents for compliance with embassy/immigration requirements
• Communicate proactively with clients to keep cases moving without delays
