What You'll Do
- Support Immigration Consultants with case preparation and file management.
- Prepare, review, and submit high-quality immigration applications.
- Conduct client discovery calls and gather required documentation.
- Manage client files from onboarding through submission.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
- Stay current with Canadian immigration policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- RCIC license is an asset but not required.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience
