The Immersive Internship Program (IIP) is a 6-week, full-time, onsite skills development programme. It is designed for university students in Ghana, specifically those studying Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or other STEM-related courses.
The program aims to provide hands-on industry experience to prepare students for careers in software development. It is a paid internship that includes stipends, along with mentorship and networking opportunities to further enhance career prospects.
