ILS Supply Support Specialist (Nepean)

Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Supply Support Specialist

Primary integrator between Supply Support, Life Cycle Material Managers (LCMMs), and Engineering departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve part changes within the Technical Data Package (TDP).
• Manage the full lifecycle of Document Change Requests (DCRs) via a JIRA board.
• Ensure total data alignment across internal and government systems.
• Conduct deep‑dive audits of the TDP to verify National Stock Numbers (NSN), part numbers, and vendor references.
• Perform hands‑on updates to technical documentation to reflect the as‑supported configuration of the fleet.
• Resolve technical friction where engineering drawings may conflict with procurement or cataloguing data.
