The Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist I reports to the LSA Supervisor and creates all required analysis to support the Logistic Support Analysis function. The ILS Specialist I is responsible for providing the ILS Project Manager with the products related to the development of Logistic Support Analysis. The specialist participates in and guides the design process of the products relevant to maintainability, reliability, testability and the optimization of life‑cycle costs through the definition of required resources to support the product during in‑service operation.
The position qualifies for an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of onsite work and onboarding in accordance with the Flexible Work Policy Agreement.
