Burton and South Derbyshire College are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic ILM Level 5 Leadership and Management Lecturer to join our Business and Professional Curriculum Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across ILM Level 5 Leadership and Management qualifications, including ILM 8607 and the newer ILM 8725 Level 5 Operational Leadership and Management Skills qualification.

Aimed at practising middle managers, project managers and department heads, these qualifications develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to take on greater leadership responsibilities.
