Position Summary

The Ikwewag Wiigiwaam Owiiji'in Indinawemaaganag (IWOI) – Women’s Lodge, Helping All People – Level 1 Team Member will engage and connect with Indigenous individuals, specifically women who require support, and provide referrals as needed. Safety concerns related to intimate partner violence, exploitation, and overall wellbeing are central to this role.

This position serves as a key point of contact for individuals seeking access to social services and community resources, functioning as a one-stop support resource. The role emphasizes building trust through culturally grounded, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches.
