Job Overview
The IFS Technical Architect / Technician will be responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, technical support, upgrades, integrations support, performance optimization, and maintenance of IFS Cloud environments. The role will lead all technical implementation activities and provide technical knowledge transfer to customer technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Installation, configuration, administration, technical support, upgrades, integrations support, performance optimization, and maintenance of IFS Cloud environments.
- Lead all technical implementation activities and provide technical knowledge transfer to customer technical teams.
- Install and configure IFS Cloud environments, support infrastructure and databases, manage users and security.
- Support API and middleware integrations, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct technical training.
