Role Overview

We are looking for an IDM Support Analyst to provide application maintenance and production support within the Identity & Access Management (IAM/IDM) space. The role focuses on user access governance, audit support, and security administration across enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform offline reviews of administrative activity audit logs to ensure alignment with authorized requests
• Conduct monthly reconciliation (VLOOKUP analysis) of system user IDs against active LAN IDs to identify:
• Leavers
• Duplicate IDs
• Any anomalies
• Support user access reviews and recertification (semi-annual and annual)
