This role is part of the GCS (Global Cyber Security) Access Management operations team, responsible for supporting the implementation, stability, and continuous improvement of enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) platforms.

The role will work closely with engineering, application, and infrastructure teams to support onboarding, integration, and ongoing operations of identity and access management solutions including SSO, MFA, and federation technologies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support day-to-day operations of enterprise SSO and authentication platforms
  • Onboard applications to enterprise SSO using SAML, OIDC, and APIs
  • Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and access-related issues across applications
  • Work as part of the engineering team to resolve operational issues and ensure system stability
