IDC Business Partner - Quebec

Intelcom | Dragonfly is Canada’s leader in last-mile logistics. We are seeking an IDC Liaison to strategically manage and develop the relationship between Intelcom and its Independent Delivery Contractors (IDC), ensuring they are productive, compliant, and profitable.

Role Summary

The IDC Liaison reports to the Manager, Partnership Development and works as a trusted advisor and business partner. The role aligns Intelcom’s strategic objectives with IDC performance, drives business value, fosters engagement, and ensures compliance while promoting growth and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership & Business Alignment : Align IDC performance with Intelcom’s objectives using KPIs and data-driven insights; identify win‑win opportunities that enhance IDC growth, operational excellence, and delivery capacity; advise leadership on partnership trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Capacity Planning & Partner Development
