IDAM Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Finance. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement based in Mexico City and Guadalajara.

• Support the Project Lead in defining the project scope by comprehensively understanding the overall objectives and constraints within the Identity and Access Management domain.
• Collect requirements and translate them into a structured and detailed work product.
• Establish clear acceptance criteria to serve as a comprehensive test framework.
• Analyze the Target Operating Model and the implementation/migration approach to refine and validate scope and requirements, and to identify necessary changes.
