ICT Support Specialist

Our client in the Agricultural sector is looking for an ICT Support Specialist to join their team in Alkmaar.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support to end-users
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
- Assist in maintaining and updating IT systems and networks
- Collaborate with team members to implement IT projects and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
- Document and maintain records of IT assets and configurations
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the IT field
Minimum Requirements
- CompTIA ITF+, A+ Certification
- Proven experience in providing technical support in an IT environment
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Proficiency in Windows Operating System
