- B Tech/B - Degree in Computer Studies or equivalent in related field (NQF Level 6)
- CCNA, Security+, Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent relevant ICT Infrastructure certification.
Minimum Experience:
- 3-5 years’ recent experience with installing, upgrading, configuring and managing Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange, SQL and Remote Desktop Services (RDS) environments
- 3 years’ experience supervising IT staff
- Experience in Corporate Disaster Recovery and Access Management
- Standard WAN hardware troubleshooting experience
