Job Description
IBM Identity & Security Management:
ROLE PURPOSE: The incumbent is responsible to review business requirements liaise with Internal /
External parties to find and supervise the evaluation of a suitable solution. The requirements discussion
proposes enhancements to business / technical processes for better automation of respective business
area oversees project activities and ensures that implementation is as per defined standards.
1. Should be technically sound on the CIAM and IBM identity security access manager
(ISAM/IBM verify) with good working knowledge to handle Customization Development
Installation and Configuration.
2. Work with vendor to install configure and deploy CIAM (ISAM) solutions into dev QA UAT
and production environments and manage its integration with digital channels like Mobile
banking internet banking etc.
3. Raise and follow up required change requests and tickets in service manager.
