Iberia Head of Accounting & Tax (Spain/Portugal)

Shine in Spain/Portugal seeks a Head of Accounting & Tax – ILA to lead daily accounting operations across the region, harmonize processes and drive automation as part of the Iberian Finance team. You will coordinate closings, ensure VAT/tax compliance, and partner with auditors. You will manage 4–6 accounting professionals, collaborate with Group Finance, and travel occasionally within Europe to support regional initiatives.
