Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end implementation and rollout of Shopify across multiple countries ensuring local legal and brand requirements are met.
• Act as primary onshore point of contact between business franchise/JV partners offshore/onshore delivery teams and technology vendors.
• Own and prioritize the implementation roadmap backlog and release plan for assigned markets.
• Ensure consistency of global templates while allowing for local market/customization needs (catalog pricing promotions payment shipping loyalty tax).
• Oversee integrations with OMS ERP CRM POS payment gateways and 3PL/logistics partners.
• Support franchise/JV partners on store setup configuration and operational readiness (training playbooks SOPs).
• Manage risks issues and dependencies; provide clear status reporting to senior stakeholders across countries.
