What you will do
Investigate and resolve customer invoice disputes by collecting,analyzing, andvalidatingrelevant data in line with internal procedures
Engage with customers via phone and email to gather information and clarify dispute details
Record dispute cases accurately in systems and manage them through to resolution within defined workflows
Create credit and debit notes in ERP systems to ensureaccuratefinancial records
