Hyperscale Data Center Operations Lead

ENGIE COFELY ENERGY SERVICES LLC is seeking a senior facilities leader to oversee 24/7 hyperscale data center operations in a demanding environment in Dubai. You will manage critical electrical and mechanical systems, lead a team of engineers and technicians, and drive reliability, safety and continuous improvement.

The role requires 5–10 years in mission-critical facilities with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity managing large-scale centers (>20MW).
