Hydrovac Operator

We have an exciting opportunity available within our Civil team based at our depot in Deborah. We currently operate a single hydrovac truck, but with the right person at the helm, we see huge potential to expand this service into a multi-truck operation.
This is a unique, hybrid role. Initially, you will be the predominant operator of our hydrovac truck, delivering a wide variety of civil works including small site works, drainage, roading, earthworks, and subdivisions. However, this position is built for growth. You will have the autonomy to manage your own workload and interface directly with clients to drive business forward. As the workload expands, you will have the direct opportunity to build a team around you, with staff reporting directly to you.
