The Tender Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the overall technical coordination and management during the tender phase of large or complex projects. These projects may involve HVDC technology on offshore platforms and require collaboration with multiple stakeholders worldwide. The Tender Engineering Manager acts as a HVDC Technical Bid Leader and the primary technical point of contact with the customer. This role ensures that all technical aspects of the tender are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with customer requirements. The Tender Engineering Manager also leads the development of optimal technical solutions and manages the technical risks and opportunities throughout the tender process.
