  Requirements 
 G2 TSSA Certificate
 G1 TSSA Certificate Preferred - or willing to obtain
 313 Refrigeration Preferred - or willing to obtain
 Minimum of 2 years experience in multi-residential, commercial, or industrial properties
 Customer service experience - including the ability to communicate verbally and in writing
 Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract
  Experience: 
 Condo / Highrise: 3 years (preferred)
