**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The role involves maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, installation, and updating of steam boilers, RTUs, hydronic systems, and furnace and AC units.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform maintenance and repair of HVAC systems including steam boilers, RTUs, hydronic systems, and furnace and AC units.
+ Troubleshoot HVAC system issues to ensure efficient operation.
+ Install and update HVAC units as required.
+ Adhere to preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience.
+ EPA universal certification.
+ Strong skills in repair and preventive maintenance.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Technical degree is a plus.
+ HVAC license is a plus.
